Do I need a doctor’s referral?

As Chartered Physiotherapists, we are primary health care professionals and we are qualified to diagnose neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. Meaning you can go directly to a physiotherapist, you don’t need a referral from your doctor.

What do I need to wear for my appointment?

We advise comfortable clothes. We need to see the affected body area.

How many treatment sessions will I need?

This will depend on your injury, your physical and medical condition. Usually 30% of patients require only one session. Simple back pain typically resolves after 2-3 sessions, knee surgery can require over 20 sessions… We will try to give you an idea of the number of visits after your initial consultation.

How do I know if a physiotherapist is fully qualified?

We are Chartered physiotherapists with the Ilustre Colegio Profesional (ICPFA). You can check for our details on the ICPFA website.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, bank transfer and major credit cards and debit cards.

Cancellation policy

We do understand that occasionally, patients will need to postpone or cancel their physiotherapy or massage session, we're all human. If you need to postpone or cancel or your appointment, please let us know as early as possible. This enables us to offer the appointment to another patient. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
