Whiplash

Often the whiplash is usually caused by a sudden movement, the head is violently thrown forwards and back and most typically associated with car accidents. Most of the time, the injured suffer neck pain, headaches and stiffness.

In general, people usually recover within a few months quickly, provided they receive appropriate treatment, do adequate exercises for recovery and get the right advice early, otherwise, some people may experience chronic neck pain and other ongoing complications for a long time if they have not had adequate treatment.
