What causes neck pain?
Neck is a flexible and strong body area but vulnerable to injuries. The most common causes of neck pain are overuse injuries, sports injuries, whiplash, strain from repetitive activity, sleeping posture or bad posture (for example, office workers who work in front of a computer for long hours, they usually have a bad posture and neck pain).
